We are seeking to hire a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to join our team that consists of compassionate professionals who collaborate to create effective treatment plans for our clients. We are seeking to hire a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to join our team that consists of compassionate professionals who collaborate to create effective treatment plans for our clients. SCHEDULE:
- Monday to Friday 8 AM – 5 PM
- $90,000 to $110,000 per year with benefits
- Participate in a variety of patient care and therapeutic activities.
- Develop and facilitate treatment and rehabilitation programs/groups for psychiatric patients.
- Collaborate with team members to monitor patient outcomes effectively.
- Engage in continuity of care and discharge planning, including advance care planning.
- Create tailored treatment plans based on psychiatric diagnoses and specific treatment needs.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of patient care in accordance with departmental policies.
- Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapist, or related field.
- Active North Dakota state license as LMFT.
- At least 2 years of experience in behavioral health services.
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR) is a plus
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
