SCHEDULE:
Looking for a Full-time Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to join our clinic. We are a dynamic organization focused on delivering high-quality mental health services to our diverse community. Our approach combines compassion with innovative therapeutic techniques to ensure that each client receives the support they need. As we grow, we seek individuals who are passionate about mental health care and are eager to contribute to our mission of fostering resilience and recovery.
SCHEDULE:
- Monday to Friday 8 AM – 5 PM
- $90,000 to $110,000 per year with benefits
- Participate in a variety of patient care and therapeutic activities.
- Develop and facilitate treatment and rehabilitation programs/groups for psychiatric patients.
- Collaborate with team members to monitor patient outcomes effectively.
- Engage in continuity of care and discharge planning, including advance care planning.
- Create tailored treatment plans based on psychiatric diagnoses and specific treatment needs.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of patient care in accordance with departmental policies.
- Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapist, or related field.
- Active North Dakota state license as LMFT.
- At least 2 years of experience in behavioral health services.
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR) is a plus
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
