Opportunity to Join Our Team as a Full-Time Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
SCHEDULE:
We are looking for full-time Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to join our team. SCHEDULE:
- Monday - Friday 9 AM - 5 AM
- Evaluate clients’ mental health needs.
- Offer therapy sessions to individuals and groups
- Create personalized care strategies.
- Track and document client progress.
- Coordinate with other clinicians and participate in case consultations as needed.
- Share resources and coping strategies.
- Master's Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited program.
- Active California state license as LMFT.
- Minimum 2 years of post-licensure clinical experience
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish rapport with clients and their families
- Keen problem-solving techniques
- Ability to record, proofread and check documents and files for accuracy
- $110,000 to $130,000 per year with benefits
