Seeking a Full-Time Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist
SCHEDULE:
We are seeking full-time Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFT) to join our team. Our mission is to provide high-quality mental health services, working collaboratively to explore every avenue that helps our clients achieve maximum independence and improved relationships. SCHEDULE:
- Monday - Friday 9 AM - 5 AM
- Evaluate clients' relational and mental health needs.
- Facilitate individual, couple, and family therapy sessions.
- Create tailored strategies to address clients' goals.
- Assess and document clients' progress regularly.
- Offer resources and guidance on relationship dynamics and mental health.
- Work with other healthcare providers for integrated care.
- Master's Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited program.
- Active California state license as LMFT.
- Minimum 2 years of post-licensure clinical experience
- Understanding of family systems theory and therapeutic modalities.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
- Commitment to ethical guidelines and professional standards in therapy.
- $110,000 to $130,000 per year with benefits
