Seeking a Full-Time Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist
SCHEDULE:
We invite full-time Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFT) to join our dedicated team! Our goal is to offer exceptional mental health services that empower clients to achieve independence and enhance their relationships. SCHEDULE:
- Monday - Friday 9 AM - 5 AM
- Evaluate clients' relational and mental health needs.
- Facilitate individual, couple, and family therapy sessions.
- Create tailored strategies to address clients' goals.
- Assess and document clients' progress regularly.
- Offer resources and guidance on relationship dynamics and mental health.
- Work with other healthcare providers for integrated care.
- Master's Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited program.
- Active California state license as LMFT.
- Minimum 2 years of post-licensure clinical experience
- Understanding of family systems theory and therapeutic modalities.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
- Commitment to ethical guidelines and professional standards in therapy.
- $110,000 to $130,000 per year with benefits
