Full-Time Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Opportunities
SCHEDULE:
We are looking for full-time Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists to join our dedicated team. Our mission is to support individuals and families by promoting positive behavior change and improving their overall quality of life. As an organization, we prioritize a collaborative and inclusive work environment, fostering professional growth and a commitment to excellence in mental health care.
SCHEDULE:
- Monday - Friday 9 AM - 5 AM
- Provides counseling and guidance to patients and family members as a part of total patient care.
- Tests and evaluates patients.
- Implements the specific counseling activities and/or interventions that will lead to accomplishing the plan goals.
- Collaborate with other clinicians and participate in case consultations as needed.
- Uphold confidentiality and ethical standards in all aspects of clinical practice.
- Performs reporting procedures.
- Master's Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited program.
- Active North Dakota state license as LMFT.
- Minimum 2 years of post-licensure clinical experience
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish rapport with clients and their families
- Keen problem-solving techniques
- Ability to record, proofread and check documents and files for accuracy
- $90,000 to $110,000 per year with benefits
