In the role of Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), you will provide vital therapeutic support, helping clients face and overcome various mental health challenges. Your role will be instrumental in guiding them toward healthier outcomes.

Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per year + full benefits

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead individual, family, and group therapy sessions tailored to client needs.
  • Perform in-depth assessments to identify unique client circumstances.
  • Develop personalized treatment plans using evidence-based strategies.
  • Document therapy sessions, treatment goals, and client progress thoroughly.
  • Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals for holistic care.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
  • Current LMFT license in the state.
  • Experience working with diverse populations, particularly older adults.
  • Strong clinical, diagnostic, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently while fostering teamwork.
