As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), you will be at the forefront of providing therapeutic care to individuals facing various mental health issues. Your expertise will guide clients in overcoming challenges and fostering resilience.

Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per year + full benefits

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate therapy sessions that address emotional and behavioral concerns.
  • Conduct thorough assessments to understand clients’ unique backgrounds and needs.
  • Implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to individual experiences.
  • Maintain detailed records of client progress and treatment goals.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
  • Valid LMFT license in the state.
  • Experience with diverse populations, including older adults.
  • Strong clinical, diagnostic, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a team.
