In the role of Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), you will provide essential therapy to individuals and families, helping them navigate a variety of mental health challenges. Your skills and empathy will be vital in supporting their journeys toward healing.

Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per year + full benefits

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions to support clients’ emotional well-being.
  • Perform comprehensive assessments to identify and understand client needs.
  • Develop and implement personalized, evidence-based treatment strategies.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential records of therapy sessions and progress.
  • Collaborate with a diverse team of professionals for integrated care.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
  • Active LMFT license in the state.
  • Experience working with diverse populations, including older adults.
  • Strong clinical, diagnostic, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to foster teamwork and collaboration in a supportive environment.
