Full-Time Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT): Be the Difference in Your Community

SALARY: $90,000 - $110,000 per year and benefits
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Facilitate individual, couples, and family therapy sessions, fostering an environment where clients feel safe, respected, and heard.
- Assess clients’ unique needs and develop customized treatment plans that align with their personal goals.
- Use evidence-based therapeutic techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy or Family Systems Therapy, to support clients in overcoming barriers.
- Partner with a team of skilled therapists and counselors to offer comprehensive care that addresses all aspects of a client’s well-being.
- Keep accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress to ensure seamless and effective care.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy.
- Must hold a valid LMFT license in the state.
- Must have experience working with older adults
- Strong clinical and diagnostic skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
