Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT): Make a Lasting Impact in Clients’ Lives

We are looking for a compassionate and skilled LMFT to join our team. In this role, you will provide therapy and support to individuals, couples, and families, guiding them through difficult times and helping them build healthier, more fulfilling relationships.

SALARY: $90,000 - $110,000 per year and benefits

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families, addressing a variety of mental health and relational issues.
  • Conduct initial assessments and create customized treatment plans that focus on each client’s strengths and goals.
  • Apply therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Family Systems Therapy, and more to help clients achieve positive outcomes.
  • Work with a team of therapists and healthcare providers to ensure clients receive comprehensive and coordinated care.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of client progress and treatment plans to support seamless care delivery.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy.
  • Must hold a valid LMFT license in the state.
  • Must have experience working with older adults
  • Strong clinical and diagnostic skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
