Full-time Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist needed in Luminous Health Care Clinic

We are looking for a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to join our team, providing confidential, comprehensive support and crisis intervention for individuals facing a broad spectrum of emotional and behavioral challenges. The ideal candidate will prioritize psychological safety and trauma-informed care, be accessible during and beyond regular business hours, and maintain the highest standards of confidentiality and professionalism. This role requires strong communication skills for engaging with diverse groups and the ability to offer consultative services to management, including organizational assessments.

SALARY
$110,000 to $130,000 per year with benefits

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide comprehensive therapy services, including individual, group, and family sessions.

• Conducts evaluations and assessments
• Monitors outcomes as a member of the team

• Inspire hope that addiction is not a moral failing but a mental disease that can be overcome

• Develop individual treatment plans based on psychiatric diagnosis, identified problems, and treatment needs for each case.

• Complete all necessary charting, reports and statistical information necessary for assigned client population, in a timely manner.
  

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy.
• Current licensure as LMFT in the state.
• Has a maximum 3 years of experience.
• Skilled in conducting one-on-one and family therapy.

• Proficiency in medical terminology and experience with patient assessments.
• Proficient in a variety of therapeutic modalities and interventions.
• Experienced in using technology to enhance therapy outcomes.
