Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per year + benefits

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead individual, couple, and group therapy sessions that encourage healing and personal growth.
  • Conduct thorough assessments to understand each client’s unique needs and strengths.
  • Develop and adapt treatment plans that resonate with clients and help them achieve their goals.
  • Maintain clear and accurate documentation of therapy sessions and client progress.
  • Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to provide integrated care tailored to client needs.
  • Offer compassionate support during moments of crisis, ensuring clients feel safe and heard.
  • Stay updated on the latest mental health trends and best practices to continuously enhance your skills.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy.
  • Must hold a valid LMFT license in the state..
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for helping others
  • Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
