Full-Time Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist– Join Us in Transforming Lives

Are you a dedicated and caring therapist eager to help others find their way? We’re looking for a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to join our supportive practice. In this role, you’ll be instrumental in guiding clients through their mental health journeys with compassion and expertise.

Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per year + benefits

Responsibilities:

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions tailored to client needs.
• Carry out comprehensive assessments and create personalized treatment plans.
• Keep accurate records of all client interactions and progress.
• Work alongside other professionals to ensure cohesive support for clients.
• Respond to clients in crisis with appropriate interventions and compassion.
• Engage in continuous professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy.
• Must hold a valid LMFT license in the state.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for helping others
• Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
