We are excited to welcome a dedicated Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to our team! In this role, you’ll engage clients through individualized therapy sessions, conduct thorough assessments, and create treatment plans that promote growth, healing, and resilience.

Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 annually + benefits

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead individual, family, and group therapy sessions that foster trust and open communication.
  • Conduct detailed assessments to understand clients' unique needs and challenges.
  • Design personalized treatment plans and adjust them as clients progress.
  • Document client interactions and therapy outcomes with precision.
  • Work collaboratively with a team of professionals to provide holistic support for each client.
  • Offer timely crisis support with empathy and care.
  • Pursue continuous learning to stay up-to-date with the latest therapeutic practices.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy.
  • Must hold a valid LMFT license in the state.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for helping others
  • Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
