Are you a caring and experienced Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist ready to make a difference? Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 annually with full benefits

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct meaningful therapy sessions that address individual, family, and group needs.
  • Perform thorough assessments to create effective, customized treatment plans.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records that reflect each client’s progress.
  • Work collaboratively with healthcare providers for coordinated client support.
  • Offer crisis intervention with empathy and responsiveness.
  • Participate in continuous professional development to stay current in the field.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy.
  • Must hold a valid LMFT license in the state.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for helping others
  • Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
