Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist – Help Shape Mental Health Care

We’re inviting an experienced Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to bring their compassion and expertise to our team. If you’re driven by a desire to support individuals and families as they work through challenges, this role offers a meaningful opportunity to make a difference in mental health care.

Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per year, plus comprehensive benefits

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate engaging therapy sessions with individuals, families, and groups.
  • Conduct assessments and create treatment plans that reflect clients' unique needs.
  • Keep thorough records of sessions, treatment plans, and progress.
  • Collaborate with other professionals to ensure holistic client care.
  • Provide crisis intervention with sensitivity and prompt action.
  • Commit to ongoing learning and professional development to enhance your therapeutic skills.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy.
  • Must hold a valid LMFT license in the state.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for helping others
  • Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
