Position Overview: As an LMFT, you will be instrumental in helping clients navigate their emotional landscapes. You’ll conduct thorough assessments, develop personalized treatment plans, and facilitate therapy sessions that empower clients to overcome obstacles and embrace growth.

Salary: $90,000 - $100,000 per year + full benefits

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized therapy to individuals, couples, and families, addressing emotional and relational challenges.
  • Assess clients’ needs through comprehensive evaluations to inform treatment strategies.
  • Utilize evidence-based therapies that align with clients’ unique journeys.
  • Document therapy sessions and monitor client progress to ensure effective care.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance therapeutic outcomes and support clients holistically.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
  • Valid LMFT license in the state.
  • Experience working with a variety of populations, including older adults.
  • Strong clinical and communication skills, with a focus on empathy.
  • Ability to work independently while fostering a sense of teamwork.
