Exciting Opportunity for a Full-Time Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist
We are currently seeking a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to join our team in providing comprehensive, confidential support and crisis intervention for individuals facing a range of emotional and behavioral issues. The ideal candidate will focus on psychological safety and trauma-informed care, with flexibility to work during and beyond regular business hours while maintaining the highest levels of confidentiality and professionalism. Strong communication skills for interacting with diverse populations and the ability to provide consultative services to management, including organizational analysis, are essential for this role.
SALARY
$110,000 to $130,000 per year with benefits
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide comprehensive therapy services, including individual, group, and family sessions.
- Conducts evaluations and assessments
- Monitors outcomes as a member of the team
- Inspire hope that addiction is not a moral failing but a mental disease that can be overcome
- Develop individual treatment plans based on psychiatric diagnosis, identified problems, and treatment needs for each case.
- Complete all necessary charting, reports and statistical information necessary for assigned client population, in a timely manner.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy.
- Current licensure as LMFT in the state.
- Has a minimum 3 years of experience.
- Skilled in conducting one-on-one and family therapy.
- Proficiency in medical terminology and experience with patient assessments.
- Proficient in a variety of therapeutic modalities and interventions.
- Experienced in using technology to enhance therapy outcomes.
