We are looking for a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a friendly demeanor and strong interpersonal communication skills, to provide individual therapy. Provide individual therapy to patients using evidence-based approaches. Evaluate client needs and create individual interventions while establishing person-centered goals for behavior modifications

SALARY

• $110,000 to $130,000 per year with benefits

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Monitors outcomes as a member of the team
• Formulates programs/groups for treatment and rehabilitation of psychiatric patients.
• Participates in continuity of care and/or discharge planning. Facilitates advance care planning.
• Collaborate with clients to set achievable goals and monitor progress throughout the therapeutic process.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy.
• Current licensure as LMFT in the state.

• Must have experience working with older adults.
• Strong clinical and diagnostic skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
