SALARY
- $110,000 to $130,000 per year with benefits
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the team to track outcomes and ensure effective treatment.
- Develop and implement group therapy sessions and treatment plans for psychiatric patients.
- Participate in discharge planning and advance care planning.
- Work with clients to set achievable goals and monitor their progress throughout the therapeutic process.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy.
- Current licensure as LMFT in the state.
- Must have experience working with older adults.
- Strong clinical and diagnostic skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
