Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT): Create Positive Change Through Therapeutic Support

Join a team of dedicated professionals committed to helping individuals and families achieve mental and emotional wellness. As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you’ll guide clients through their healing process, using your skills and empathy to promote positive change and resilience.

SALARY: $90,000 - $110,000 per year and benefits

Your Role Will Include:

  • Conduct individual, couples, and family therapy sessions that are responsive to each client’s needs and personal circumstances.
  • Perform comprehensive assessments to understand client needs and develop tailored treatment plans.
  • Implement a variety of therapeutic techniques, such as Narrative Therapy or Behavioral Therapy, to support clients’ personal growth and healing.
  • Collaborate with other therapists and healthcare providers to create a cohesive support system for each client.
  • Keep thorough documentation of all therapy sessions, treatment plans, and client progress.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy.
  • Must hold a valid LMFT license in the state.
  • Must have experience working with older adults
  • Strong clinical and diagnostic skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
