Salary: $110,000 - $130,000 per year, plus benefits.
Your Responsibilities:
- Lead individual, couple, and family therapy sessions that encourage healing and personal growth.
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess clients' unique needs.
- Develop and adjust treatment plans tailored to client goals and aspirations.
- Maintain thorough documentation of therapy sessions and client progress.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic, integrated care.
- Offer compassionate support during crises, ensuring clients feel valued and understood.
- Stay informed on the latest mental health trends to enhance your therapeutic approach.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy.
- Must hold a valid LMFT license in the state.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a deep commitment to helping others.
