Salary: $110,000 - $130,000 per year, plus benefits.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Lead individual, couple, and family therapy sessions that encourage healing and personal growth.
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess clients' unique needs.
  • Develop and adjust treatment plans tailored to client goals and aspirations.
  • Maintain thorough documentation of therapy sessions and client progress.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic, integrated care.
  • Offer compassionate support during crises, ensuring clients feel valued and understood.
  • Stay informed on the latest mental health trends to enhance your therapeutic approach.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy.
  • Must hold a valid LMFT license in the state.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a deep commitment to helping others.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
