Position Overview: As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will provide essential therapeutic support to clients as they navigate their emotional journeys. Salary: $90,000 - $100,000 per year + full benefits
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions tailored to clients’ emotional and relational needs.
- Conduct thorough evaluations to uncover clients’ strengths and challenges.
- Apply evidence-based practices that empower clients in their healing journeys.
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of therapy sessions and progress.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
- Valid LMFT license in the state.
- Experience working with diverse populations, including older adults.
