Full-Time Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) Opportunity!

As a full-time LMFT, you’ll facilitate discussions that allow clients to delve into their thoughts and feelings, promoting growth and self-understanding. You’ll be there to reassure them that they don’t have to face their challenges alone, providing a safe space for them to express and unload their burdens. Together, we can guide them toward healthier relationships and greater self-acceptance.

SALARY: $90,000 - $110,000 per year and benefits

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Facilitate individual, couples, and family therapy sessions, fostering an environment where clients feel safe, respected, and heard.
  • Assess clients’ unique needs and develop customized treatment plans that align with their personal goals.
  • Use evidence-based therapeutic techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy or Family Systems Therapy, to support clients in overcoming barriers.
  • Partner with a team of skilled therapists and counselors to offer comprehensive care that addresses all aspects of a client’s well-being.
  • Keep accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress to ensure seamless and effective care.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy.
  • Must hold a valid LMFT license in the state.
  • Must have experience working with older adults
  • Strong clinical and diagnostic skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
