Full-Time Job Opportunity for Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist
We are seeking a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our team and provide comprehensive, confidential support to individuals facing a wide range of emotional and behavioral challenges. The ideal candidate will offer trauma-informed care, provide crisis intervention, and work with clients beyond typical business hours while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
This role requires excellent communication skills for engaging with diverse populations and the ability to provide consultative services to management, including organizational analysis.
Salary
$110,000 to $130,000 per year, plus benefits
Responsibilities
- Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions.
- Conduct evaluations and assessments to develop individualized treatment plans.
- Monitor client progress and outcomes as part of the care team.
- Help clients understand addiction as a mental health condition, not a moral failing.
- Develop treatment plans based on psychiatric diagnoses, identified problems, and treatment needs.
- Complete client documentation, including charting, reports, and statistical data, in a timely manner.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy.
- Current LMFT licensure in the state.
- Up to 3 years of professional experience.
- Experience with individual and family therapy.
- Proficiency in medical terminology and patient assessments.
- Skilled in a variety of therapeutic modalities and interventions.
- Comfort with using technology to enhance therapy outcomes.
