Full-Time Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) Wanted

We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our team. This role involves providing comprehensive therapy and crisis intervention services to individuals dealing with a range of emotional and behavioral issues. The ideal candidate will offer trauma-informed care, ensure psychological safety, and maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

You will be a key part of our collaborative team, helping clients understand and overcome challenges in a supportive, confidential environment. Flexibility to work beyond typical business hours is required to meet the needs of our clients.

Salary

$110,000 to $130,000 per year, plus benefits

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide individual, group, and family therapy, offering a range of therapeutic interventions.
  • Conduct initial evaluations, ongoing assessments, and adjust treatment plans as needed.
  • Collaborate with the clinical team to monitor client progress and adjust strategies.
  • Educate clients on addiction as a mental health issue, helping them shift their perspective and find hope for recovery.
  • Develop personalized treatment plans that align with clients’ psychiatric diagnoses and treatment goals.
  • Complete timely, accurate documentation, including progress notes, reports, and other required paperwork.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy.
  • Current licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state.
  • Up to 3 years of clinical experience.
  • Proficient in conducting individual and family therapy sessions.
  • Strong understanding of medical terminology and experience with client assessments.
  • Knowledgeable in multiple therapeutic modalities and interventions.
  • Comfortable using technology to support therapy and enhance client outcomes.
