Full-Time Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist

SALARY
$90,000 to $110,000 per year with benefits

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct individual, couples, family or group therapy sessions to address clients’ mental, emotional, and behavioral issues.
• Utilize various therapeutic approaches and techniques tailored to client needs and goals.
• Help clients develop coping strategies, insight, and skills to manage their challenges and improve their well being
• Maintain confidentiality and ethical standards in all client interactions
• Provides decision support where multiple treatment options are available
• Empowers patients with skills to provide enhanced interaction with their providers

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Master’s degree in Family and Marriage Therapy or related field.
• Valid licensure as LMFT in the state.
• Knowledge of counseling techniques, family systems and cognitive behavioral therapy
• Ability to function both emotionally and physically under stressful conditions.
• Strong record-keeping and communication skills.
• Preferred 3 years of experience
