Full-Time Opportunity for Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our team and provide comprehensive, confidential support for individuals facing a wide range of emotional and behavioral challenges. In this role, you will offer trauma-informed care and ensure psychological safety for clients, while maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality and professionalism. The ideal candidate will be flexible, available during and beyond regular business hours, and possess strong communication skills for engaging with diverse populations. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to provide valuable consultative services to management, including organizational analysis and recommendations. SALARY
$110,000 to $130,000 per year with benefits

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide comprehensive therapy services, including individual, group, and family sessions.
  • Conducts evaluations and assessments
  • Monitors outcomes as a member of the team
  • Inspire hope that addiction is not a moral failing but a mental disease that can be overcome
  • Develop individual treatment plans based on psychiatric diagnosis, identified problems, and treatment needs for each case.
  • Complete all necessary charting, reports and statistical information necessary for assigned client population, in a timely manner.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy.
  • Current license as LMFT in the state.
  • Has 2-3 years of experience.
  • Skilled in conducting one-on-one and family therapy.
  • Proficiency in medical terminology and experience with patient assessments.
  • Proficient in a variety of therapeutic modalities and interventions.
  • Experienced in using technology to enhance therapy outcomes.
