Full-time Job Opportunities for Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist
We are seeking a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our team, providing confidential support and crisis intervention for individuals facing a variety of emotional and behavioral challenges. The ideal candidate will offer trauma-informed care, maintain psychological safety, and be available during and beyond typical business hours. Effective communication skills are essential for working with diverse populations, and the therapist will also provide consultative services to management, including organizational analysis, while upholding the highest standards of confidentiality and professionalism.
SALARY
$110,000 to $130,000 per year with benefits
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide comprehensive therapy services, including individual, group, and family sessions.
- Conducts evaluations and assessments
- Monitors outcomes as a member of the team
- Inspire hope that addiction is not a moral failing but a mental disease that can be overcome
- Develop individual treatment plans based on psychiatric diagnosis, identified problems, and treatment needs for each case.
- Complete all necessary charting, reports and statistical information necessary for assigned client population, in a timely manner.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy.
- Current licensure as LMFT in the state.
- Has a maximum 3 years of experience.
- Skilled in conducting one-on-one and family therapy.
- Proficiency in medical terminology and experience with patient assessments.
- Proficient in a variety of therapeutic modalities and interventions.
- Experienced in using technology to enhance therapy outcomes.
