Summary of Position: As the person who helps clients with emotional problems and relationship problems, you will be their guiding light. In-depth evaluations, individualized treatment programs, and transforming therapy sessions will all be facilitated by you. Clients will be empowered by your caring approach to identify their own strengths again and build stronger bonds with one another.

Salary: $90,000 - $100,000 per year + full benefits

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions to address a variety of emotional and behavioral concerns.
  • Perform in-depth assessments to understand each client’s unique circumstances and needs.
  • Implement evidence-based treatment strategies that resonate with clients’ personal experiences.
  • Keep thorough records of therapy sessions, treatment goals, and client progress.
  • Collaborate with a diverse team of professionals to provide comprehensive care and support.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
  • Valid LMFT license in the state.
  • Experience working with diverse populations, including older adults.
  • Strong clinical, diagnostic, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and foster teamwork in a collaborative setting.
