As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), you will play a pivotal role in providing therapeutic interventions for a diverse range of mental health conditions. Your expertise will help individuals and families develop resilience and improve their overall well-being.

Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per year + full benefits

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct therapy sessions that engage and support individuals, families, and groups.
  • Assess clients' unique circumstances through comprehensive evaluations.
  • Utilize evidence-based treatment methods to guide clients toward recovery.
  • Keep detailed and confidential records of sessions and treatment plans.
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
  • Active LMFT license in the state.
  • Experience with diverse populations, including older adults.
  • Excellent clinical, diagnostic, and communication skills.
  • Ability to foster a collaborative spirit in a team-oriented environment.
