Every day, you’ll use your expertise to guide patients toward healthier emotional and mental well-being in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per year + full benefits

Your Role:

  • Provide therapeutic support for individuals, couples, and families navigating emotional difficulties.
  • Create personalized treatment plans by understanding each patient's unique story.
  • Collaborate with a caring team of professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Track patient progress and adjust treatment approaches as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
  • Valid LMFT license in the state.
  • Experience working with diverse populations, including older adults.
  • Strong clinical, diagnostic, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and foster teamwork in a collaborative setting.
