Salary: $110,000 - $130,000 per year, plus benefits.

Your Role:

  • Conduct detailed assessments to understand clients' unique challenges and strengths.
  • Create and adapt personalized treatment plans that align with clients’ goals.
  • Keep accurate and up-to-date documentation of therapy sessions and client outcomes.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Provide compassionate support during difficult times, making clients feel heard and respected.
  • Stay current with the latest mental health research to continually improve your practice.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy.
  • Valid LMFT license in the state.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for helping others.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
