We seek a talented and empathetic Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to become a part of our vibrant team. Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per year + benefits

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Conduct individual, couple, and group therapy sessions with empathy and professionalism.
• Assess clients' mental health needs to develop tailored treatment plans.
• Regularly update treatment plans based on ongoing assessments and client feedback.
• Document all therapy sessions and track client progress accurately.
• Work with a team of mental health professionals to create comprehensive care plans.
• Respond to clients in crisis with immediate support and interventions.
• Participate in training and workshops to keep your skills sharp and relevant.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy.
• Must hold a valid LMFT license in the state.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for helping others
• Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
