Become a Full-Time Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Join Our Team

We are in search of a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to join our team of compassionate individuals. In this position, you will ensure that individuals and families receive critical therapeutic services and receive assistance throughout their rehabilitation process.

Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per year + benefits

Your Role Will Include:

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions focused on fostering growth and resilience.
• Conduct assessments to understand client needs and develop comprehensive treatment plans.
• Keep detailed records of therapy sessions, treatment plans, and client achievements.
• Partner with other mental health professionals to ensure a holistic approach to client care.
• Provide immediate support to clients in crisis, ensuring their safety and well-being.
• Engage in ongoing education to stay informed about the latest practices in mental health care.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy.
• Must hold a valid LMFT license in the state.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for helping others
• Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
