Are you a devoted and compassionate therapist who is enthusiastic about assisting others in navigating their lives? We are currently seeking a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to join our supportive practice. You will play a critical role in providing clients with the necessary support and guidance to navigate their mental health journeys with empathy and proficiency in this capacity.

Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per year + benefits

Responsibilities:

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions tailored to client needs.
• Carry out comprehensive assessments and create personalized treatment plans.
• Keep accurate records of all client interactions and progress.
• Work alongside other professionals to ensure cohesive support for clients.
• Respond to clients in crisis with appropriate interventions and compassion.
• Engage in continuous professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy.
• Must hold a valid LMFT license in the state.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for helping others
• Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
