Salary: $110,000 - $130,000 per year, plus benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead individual, couple, and family therapy sessions that foster healing and understanding.
- Conduct thorough assessments to gain insight into each client’s unique circumstances.
- Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that resonate with clients' aspirations.
- Maintain meticulous records of therapy sessions and client progress.
- Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care.
- Offer compassionate support during crises, ensuring clients feel safe and valued.
- Keep abreast of advancements in mental health to continuously enhance your practice.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy.
- Must hold a valid LMFT license in the state.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and a heartfelt commitment to helping others.
