Salary: $110,000 - $130,000 per year, plus benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that resonate with clients' aspirations.
  • Maintain meticulous records of therapy sessions and client progress.
  • Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care.
  • Offer compassionate support during crises, ensuring clients feel safe and valued.
  • Keep abreast of advancements in mental health to continuously enhance your practice.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy.
  • Must hold a valid LMFT license in the state.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and a heartfelt commitment to helping others.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
