Salary: $110,000 - $130,000 annually + full benefits.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate therapy sessions for individuals, families, and groups addressing various emotional and behavioral concerns.
  • Conduct assessments to understand client needs and develop personalized treatment strategies.
  • Use proven therapeutic methods to guide clients in managing addiction and mental health issues.
  • Maintain accurate, organized records to monitor and document client progress.
  • Collaborate with peers and supervisors to continuously enhance client outcomes.

Qualifications We’re Seeking:

  • Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy.
  • Valid LMFT license in California State.
  • Proven experience working with senior populations.
  • Exceptional diagnostic and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive both independently and in a team setting.
