Salary: $110,000–$130,000 per year, with comprehensive benefits.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide compassionate therapy to individuals, couples, and families using evidence-based approaches.
• Collaborate with clients to set achievable goals and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Guide clients through emotional, relational, and mental health challenges with empathy and care.
• Maintain accurate documentation of sessions to track progress and inform care decisions.
• Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic, client-centered care.

What You Bring:

• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy.
• Current LMFT license in the state.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with clients from diverse backgrounds.
