Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) – Join a Team Committed to Excellence

Compensation: $110,000 - $130,000 per year, plus full benefits.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead therapy sessions for clients with diverse needs, including individuals, couples, and groups.
  • Perform assessments to design effective, personalized treatment plans.
  • Address mental health and addiction concerns using evidence-based therapies.
  • Maintain thorough records to track client progress.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure the highest quality of care.

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy.
  • Current LMFT license in your practicing state.
  • Experience working in therapeutic settings.
  • Excellent interpersonal and diagnostic skills.
  • Ability to thrive in both independent and team environments.
