SALARY
$90,000 - $110,000 per year with a comprehensive benefits package

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide therapy sessions to individuals, couples, families, and groups to help them navigate emotional and behavioral challenges.
• Use therapeutic techniques tailored to each client’s unique needs.
• Equip clients with the tools and strategies to manage their mental health and improve their lives.
• Ensure confidentiality and follow ethical practices in every session.
• Collaborate with clients to explore treatment options and make informed decisions.
• Help patients foster better communication with their healthcare providers.

QUALIFICATIONS
• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
• Current LMFT licensure in the state.
• Knowledge of cognitive behavioral therapy, family systems, and other therapeutic approaches.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure.
• Preferred: 3 years of relevant experience.
