SALARY
$90,000 - $110,000 annually, plus benefits

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions to address mental health concerns.
• Customize therapy plans to meet each client’s goals.
• Help clients develop coping skills and strategies to improve their emotional well-being.
• Adhere to confidentiality and ethical standards in all interactions.
• Assist patients in making informed decisions regarding treatment options.
• Support patients in strengthening their relationship with their healthcare providers.

QUALIFICATIONS
• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field.
• Active LMFT license.
• Expertise in counseling methods and family systems.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Ability to manage stressful situations effectively.
• Preferred: 3 years of experience in therapy.
