Full-Time Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Position

SALARY
$90,000 - $110,000 per year, with benefits

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lead therapy sessions for individuals, families, and groups, addressing emotional and behavioral challenges.
• Tailor treatment strategies to suit each client’s personal goals and needs.
• Assist clients in managing stress, emotional difficulties, and behavioral health issues.
• Follow strict ethical guidelines and maintain patient confidentiality.
• Provide decision-making support for clients navigating treatment options.
• Strengthen patient-provider communication and relationships.

QUALIFICATIONS
• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field.
• Active LMFT licensure.
• Expertise in various therapeutic modalities.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to function in high-pressure environments.
• Preferred: 3 years of experience in a therapeutic setting.
