SALARY
$90,000 - $110,000 annually with benefits

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide therapy to individuals, couples, families, and groups to address emotional, mental, and behavioral health concerns.
• Customize therapeutic plans to fit each client’s unique needs.
• Assist clients in developing skills to better manage their emotional health.
• Ensure confidentiality and ethical standards are maintained at all times.
• Support clients in making informed decisions about their treatment options.
• Empower patients to engage in better communication with their healthcare providers.

QUALIFICATIONS
• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field.
• Active LMFT license.
• Proficient in therapeutic methods like cognitive behavioral therapy and family systems.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in challenging situations.
• Preferred: 3 years of experience.
