Seeking Passionate Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (Full-Time)

Salary Range: $90,000 - $110,000 per year, plus excellent benefits.

Key Duties Include:

• Assess and diagnose various mental health conditions.
• Create and implement treatment plans tailored to individual client goals.
• Provide regular counseling and make adjustments to interventions as needed.
• Conduct therapy sessions for individuals and groups.
• Collaborate with clients and professionals to ensure comprehensive care.

What You Bring:

• Licensed LMFT in good standing.
• Graduate degree in Marriage and Family Therapy (Master’s or higher).
• Expertise in substance abuse and co-occurring disorders.
• A client-centered approach with strong therapeutic communication skills.
