Salary Range: $90,000 - $110,000 per year, plus excellent benefits.

Job Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and treat a variety of mental health conditions.
• Customize therapy plans to meet individual and family needs.
• Conduct one-on-one and group therapy sessions.
• Provide consistent follow-ups and re-evaluate treatment strategies.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care.

Qualifications:

• Active LMFT license.
• Graduate-level education in Marriage and Family Therapy.
• Prior experience working with addiction and co-occurring disorders.
• Strong knowledge of therapeutic methods and practices.
• Outstanding communication skills and a supportive demeanor.
