Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) – Change Lives, One Step at a Time

Are you passionate about helping people build stronger, healthier relationships? We’re looking for an empathetic and skilled Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our supportive team. In this role, you’ll provide life-changing care to individuals, couples, and families, helping them navigate emotional and relational challenges.

Salary Range: $90,000 - $110,000 per year, plus benefits

What You’ll Do:

  • Work closely with clients to uncover the root causes of their struggles and guide them toward healing.
  • Create customized therapy plans based on each client’s unique needs and goals.
  • Use proven therapeutic approaches to help clients regain balance and emotional well-being.
  • Document your sessions with care and precision to track progress effectively.
  • Collaborate with a caring team that prioritizes holistic support for every client.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related discipline.
  • Active LMFT license in California state.
  • Solid clinical experience, especially with diverse populations.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal abilities.
