We believe therapy changes lives, and we’re seeking an LMFT to join our mission. In this role, you’ll help clients navigate personal challenges and relationship dynamics with care and expertise.

Responsibilities Include:

• Listening to clients’ stories and creating therapy plans that work for them.
• Conducting therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families facing diverse challenges.
• Celebrating progress as clients achieve their therapy goals.
• Keeping documentation clear, professional, and compliant with ethical guidelines.
• Participating in ongoing learning to stay sharp in your field.

What You Need:

• Master’s or Doctorate in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related area.
• Active LMFT license.
• Experience working in a clinical or private practice setting.
• A flexible and compassionate approach to therapy.
• Great communication skills and the ability to collaborate with colleagues.

Salary: $90,000k-$110,000k per year with full benefits
